Leadership

SBC organises loosely around the 'ACTS' model for church organisation. This provides a focus area for each Deacon and leader as well as helping members identify areas where they may volunteer and serve

A is for ADULT, including Students  Adult Ministry

C is for COMMUNITY  Community Ministry

T is for TEENS and CHILDREN  Teenage and Children Ministry

S is for SUPPORT  Support Ministry

Each of these ministry areas has regular meetings of the ministry leadership in order to pray, discuss plans, review progress and results. The ministry area leadership are members of SBC leadership and report regularly to leadership. At regular church meetings ('The Gathering') leadership seeks guidance and prayer support and provides status reports.
